第一部分中國人學習英語的現狀
雖然中國有四億五千萬人曾經學過或正在學習英語，比美國人的人口還要多，但真正能用英語交流的人卻寥寥無幾。中國人辛勤耕耘英語十來年，付出了大量的時間，金錢，和精力，但結果還是聾啞英語，半吊子英語。
中國人有一個有趣的現象是學了十來年英語連打招呼都沒有過關，一見面還是：how are you ,fine，thank you ,and you, i’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外國人沒有説and you 中國人就會給外國人挑毛病，你錯了.我説你那個外國人同志啊，你怎麼不説and you啊，你不説and you我就沒有辦法向下説啊，你只有説and you我才能説i’m fine too!!為什麼我們全國打招呼都是一樣，因為我們使用是同一個教材，我們沒有選擇，要弱智大家一起弱智。講到打招呼，中國人還是比日本人好一點，大家都聽説過日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗將要去美國訪問，日本的英語專家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you,但是僧喜郎還是沒有記住，一見到克林頓，就脱口而出：who are you ?克林頓吃了一驚，心想日本人還挺有幽默感的，就説：我是西拉里的丈夫，僧喜郎就説：me too!!
日本人講的英語是最難聽的，thank you very much!都不會説......
每年中國人有上百萬大學畢業生
通過了國家的四級，六級考試，中國的大學生説：我這輩子英語算過關了，拿到了四級六級證書，他們到外資企業找工作，一進門，外國人問他的英語怎麼樣，他們就會説，我的英語很好，這是我的四級證書，這是我的六級證書，外國人就説，“不要讓我看證書，你給我講兩句好不好，”我們的大學生就會説，不讓我説英語，你給我兩道最難的選擇題吧，我做選擇題很厲害，我保證能選對，我也最擅長用淘汰法a不對，b不知對不對c好象不對，d不對，一高興就選擇b，這叫自欺欺人.然後那個外國人就説，get out of here,你可以離開了，下一個.只會做選擇題的人終將被社會所淘汰。另外做選擇題最可怕是：一句話裏有五個單詞我不會讀，有三個單詞意思都不懂，但是我能選對，因為前面有個to，那是動詞不定式的標誌，後面一定要跟動詞原形!!或者是前面是had better，後面一定跟動詞原形，管它前面是什麼。中國學生什麼時候最激動，一聽説是常考題的時候，是不是，好激動啊，老師，多給幾個。我們想一想，用這樣的體系培養出來的學生能應付21世紀殘酷的商業競爭嗎，no!
説過中國的大學生，那麼我們再講講中國的小孩子。
現在小孩子很幸福.從四歲就開始學英語，辛苦學了五年，花了幾千塊錢還是不行，基本上就會講兩個單詞banana ,apple今年我在大連培訓裏的時候，有一位家長帶一個9歲的小孩來諮詢,這個孩子的媽媽一見到我，她就鼓勵他：快給張輝老師説幾句，這個小孩就跑到我的面前，對我説：張輝老師，what’s your name?這是不是有點象弱智恢復訓練：張輝，這是甚麼，這是書吧。我問他還會甚麼，他就説：i’m a boy.有沒有這樣的神經病，我看起來是男的實際上是女的。我們國家教英語這個句型教的最好了,student ,come here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然後學生就會説：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老師會説：no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我們的老師都是這樣教英文，那真的是太荒唐了。
講過我們的大學生，國小生，那我們再講講我們可憐的成年人.
我們的成年人，大學畢業以後，在社會上混了幾年，感到21世紀也來臨了，中國也加入了wto，北京申奧也成功了，不學英語就趕不上潮流了，於是就買了很多的書，但基本上都是一樣的，看了第一本，聽了第一課，磁帶聽了第一盤，學了新概念，學.......最後又好象走回了老家，學完了一套又一套，不學對不起自己，學了又不知道結果如何.然後宣稱：，英語太難學，不學了，我不是學英語的料.你問他們最拿手的是什麼，他們就會説，“what’s your name ,!!”
第二部分中國人為什麼學不好英語
首先是中國人太愛面子了，中國人學習最怕丟臉，有一天在大街上看到外國人，心想我能外國説兩句就好了，可是兩條腿就是不向前去，我要是説錯了怎麼辦，外國人會不會笑話我啊，我説錯了，那不是很丟人啊，那麼多難堪啊。再説我很醜，又不温柔，外國人會不會給我説啊。可是此時我要告訴你，你再醜也是最棒的，你再醜也是最有希望的。學習英語不需要面子，妹妹大膽的向前走，學習英語更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗話説“沒臉沒皮，所向無敵”。我就喜歡犯錯誤，喜歡丟人，哪兒人多我就到哪兒去丟人，記得我班同學説我是不是有點變態，我就説：i like my style ,so what?你必須熱愛犯錯誤，加油犯錯誤，爭取早一天把錯誤犯完。
其次，中國人學習英語有太多的抱怨。有的人説我基礎不好，我的記憶力差。我沒有語言天賦。是不是學好英語一定要有天賦呢，是不是一定要有天賦才能把英語才成學好呢，我舉一個簡單的例子.就象開車，就象游泳，就象彈鋼琴，如果你想成為一個游泳高手，應該怎麼辦就應該跳進游泳池裏拼命地遊.中國人怎麼做呢，中國人就會到書店裏買了很多關於游泳方面的書how to swim，然後去參加培訓班，苦學十年拿到了游泳博士學位，然後充滿的信心跳進長江，結果跳下去就沒有了，最後連屍體都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，還有一個故事，一個游泳教練帶着五十個一個班的同學，學習練習游泳，每次上課的時候都是教練奮不顧身跳下去，大都在旁邊記筆記，老師遊的很好，老師邊遊邊説，記住喲，左手和右手的區別，記住要注意換氣啊，老師換氣原來是這麼回事，老師真偉大，這象不象我們上課啊，同學們翻到第二頁，第二頁講的是enjoy doing sth，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。
再次，中國人的學習方法錯了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中國人的智慧都被浪費在“無聊的語法分析”、“枯燥的單詞記憶”、“自欺欺人的精讀課文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾塗圈圈的練習和考試”上了!
中國人的語法學的最好，比美國的教授還厲害，但我們的英語水平連美國的五歲小孩都不如，你想想我們開始學喊爸爸，媽媽，叔叔，阿姨再見時，我們的爸媽是否這樣説，孩子爸爸，媽媽叔叔，阿姨都有是主語，再見是謂語。最可怕的是外國人回頭説了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外國人罵你，你還不知道，啊，那個外國人在表揚我啊。你想回罵一下外國人，還不知道用聲麼時態。
另外中國還喜歡抱怨自己的單詞量不夠，總是把自己學不好英語歸根於自己的詞彙量不夠，自己的單詞少，其實，這是個很有趣的事情，你想美國的五歲的小孩子單詞量有中國的大學生的單詞多好，絕對沒有的，但中國的大學生卻沒有外國的五歲的小朋友説的好，為什麼會這樣呢，因為你的練習不夠，而不是你的單詞量不夠。此時有的同學會説了我們是不是不要記單詞了，不是這樣的，我們反對孤立地記憶單詞，因為人腦不是電腦，大量的記也會大量地忘，那應該怎麼記呢，我們應該用句子來記，舉了例子：在我們精讀課本上的：i’m looking for a temporary job ,so that i can save up some money to go traveling.如果你這句話你會説，還記不住temporary這個單詞，那我要告訴你，你可以回家了，你弱智。另外我們的記憶單詞的方法還有聽寫記憶法，篩選法，我後面再説。還的同學會説，我的記憶很好，我會記很多的單詞，但我就是不會説英語，但我要説，那些單詞是死單詞，你很快就會忘掉，再説，你不能一見老外，就説，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!!
我們在學課文的時候也挺好玩，同學們，我們現在開始學課文，同學們注意了，我們先講單詞，再講課文，最後講練習，這是非限制定語從句，這是主語，這是謂語，這是賓語補足語。這些自欺欺的課文分析，其實那些教英語的老師有時自己也搞不明白。結果，我們學習精讀課文變成了一件苦差使，費時費力卻顆粒無收，而最後就變成了中國人會説英語的越來越少，會教英語的越來越多。
中國人特別喜歡做選擇題，看懂看不懂都沒有關係的，我照樣能選對。並且擅長用淘汰法，排除法。可這樣做很可怕的在於。比如説你做選擇題的時候，有四個答案，我們把75%的時間在複習錯誤的答案，25%的時間在看正確的答案.結果離開教室回到家又沒有時間鞏固正確的答案。我問你一個簡單的問題你媽媽從培養你長大，有沒有説，孩子，正確的説法是這樣，另外娘再教你三個錯誤的説法.
我們很好玩，一天到晚整天在看那些是錯誤的，排掉一個印象深刻了一點，又排掉了一個印象又把錯誤記住了一點。再排掉一個又記住了一點，就是沒有看正確的.我們再説説閲讀，其實我們做閲讀題的時候，一般都是，飄飄然，昏昏然，不知所以然，所以我們閲讀題沒有幾個人真正完全能夠明白的，所以我們經常説閲讀是迷迷糊糊中蒙對的，聽力是在極度恐懼中冒對的。
第三部分中國人應該如何學習英語
那麼我們中國人怎麼學習英語呢，有的學生説我一學英語就頭痛，胳膊痛，腿痛,那肯定有問題，學英語應該頭痛才對，所以頭痛沒有用，眼痛沒有用，耳朵痛沒有用，嘴痛才有用，英語是説出來，不是寫出來，不是學出來，不是看出來的，看懂是騙人的，聽懂是騙人的，只有説出來才是自己.語言的境界就在於四個字，那就是“脱口而出”，如果不能脱口而出，那學英語幹什麼，一見面，you ,you is ,you am, you are!
語言本來是世界上最簡單的事情，語言本來應該屬於勞動人民的，語言是最不需要天賦的，語言本來是勞動人民的基本技能，但中國人卻把學習英語這樣一件簡單的事給搞複雜了。人為地把英語學習分為口語，聽力，語法，單詞，快速閲讀，慢速閲讀，寫作等等，你想想我奶奶沒有學過這些，卻説一口流利的中文，而我們學習了英語這些方面，可是最後我們還是沒有看到太多的希望.
所以此時大家應該明白這樣的一樣道理，英語不是學不出來的，就象讀完十本關於游泳方面的書照樣還不會游泳一樣。游泳是游出來的，鋼琴是彈出來的，汽車是開出來的，語言是説出來的，只有脱口而出，只有鍛造嘴巴才算是真正的學習語言。
另外學習的對象不應該是孤立的發音，單詞，語法，而應該是句子!!因為人和人交往的是最基本單位是句子，在句子中掌握髮音是地道的發音，在句子中掌握的單詞是有生命力的單詞，在句子中掌握的語法是有用的語法。一旦以句子為中心，一切都變得很簡單自然。到頭來，學習英語不過是三個字：説句子。
就是你現在才加入到英語學習的行列，就算是你現在才決定再重拾放棄已久的英語，你照樣是最有希望的!要下一個堅定的惡狠狠的決心。只這有這樣你才有希望成功!否則這壺水永遠不開!!toughen your body, toughen your mind.(勞其筋骨，苦其心智)there is no substitute for hard work.(勤奮工作是無可替代的。)

我們國家的那個發音是那個就不用我説了。，我們國家有三十多個省，每個省還有很多的.市，據不完全統計，中國有三四百種口音，大家想想，學了十年英語，竟然發音沒有過關，如果你想想，你從小長到十歲，你的普通話發音硬是沒有過關，你媽媽會怎麼説啊，我：我好命苦啊，我孩子弱智啊。大家反思一下，連發音都沒有過關，我們還學什麼英語，發音不過關，口語就不過關，口語不過關，你的聽力就永遠不可能過關，因為你講的是中國式英語。一聽四六級的磁帶，怎麼講的和我不一樣i prefer cold weather to hot weather.中國人發現一到英語角的時候，聽力就特別好，what’s your name ?my name is zhanghui,do you like english i like it very much ,我怎麼都聽的懂喲。
哎呀，聽力也突破不了，口語也突破不了，到底原因在那裏呢，就是發音沒有過關，大家知道，亞洲人和西方人的發音習慣是不一樣的，中國人是用嘴巴説話的，而西方人是用腹腔，胸腔，喉腔，口腔和算腔五腔並用。比如説，張輝，你在幹什麼，美國人講話，hello ,you welcome to china. i hope you enjoy your staying here .一句話聽起來象一個單詞一樣。這是幾個單詞啊，怎麼和我們老師講的不一樣，我們老師講的是：sit down please ,stand up please ,good morning teacher!!中國人講話是用嘴巴講的，就象，do you like english ,english is important ,i think learning english is very difficult中國人説英語都是從嘴巴的前半部分説出來，而美國人卻是用腹腔，胸腔，喉腔，口腔，和算腔，五腔並用.例如：i have been looking forward to meeting you i’ve heard so much about you !!.所以什麼時候你講英語你的同學聽不懂了，你就成功了..日本人很有禮貌，一講話就鞠躬，如果講本國話鞠躬，就顯示這個民族很有禮貌，可要是講英語就完蛋了，比如what’s your name? how are you doing?象殺豬一樣。我在開玩笑，美國人講中文也很難，我來中國三年了，我很喜歡上海，上海是個很好的城市。美國人是用這兒講話的，比如説，你好嗎?你吃過了嗎?
My Future
As the song goes “ My future isn’t a dream .” I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time . I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future . Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain reply .“ I want to be a doctor .” “ I want to be a teacher .” and “ I ’d like to be a scientist !” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous . But I never think they are far away .
Who is able to give a definition to his future? How time flies! Now we are pre-graduatedstudents who are going to face choices of jobs. Different person has different ideas on choosing their me, to be a teacher is my ideal work.
I decided to be a middle teacher after e are many reasons contribute to this decision. In the past three years, I attended plenty of lectures about teachers’ skills, and I accumulated experiences through being a family tutor. Also, I took part in a great number of social practice, such as being a volunteer teacher in rural areas.
As Stalin said:”Teachers are engineers of human souls; they are backbonesof.” In practice, the occupation of teachers is to educate and mode the person soul, and is respected by the whole society as a career. So when the dream of being a teacher come true someday in the future, I believe I can be an excellent teacher. cultivating talentsFirstly, I will put my students first with enough patience and love, I will never give
up anybody no matter how naughty they are. To different students, I will teach them in accordance with their talent. Secondly, I will let them know the importance of good study habit, I will teach my student not only how to gain knowledge but also set up lofty ideals. Last but not the least, the basic requirement of a teacher is abundant academic knowledge, as the old saying goes that:” It’s never too late to learn”, so I will continue my learning to broad my horizon and rich myself.
In a word, to be a teacher could contribute lot both to their students and to the society. In order to become a teacher in the future,I must study hard now and accumulate all kinds of knowledgeto prepare for future. It’s clearly that China is just a developing country, the quality of education is not comparable with developed country, the elites play a vital role in making the country powerful, and teachers are social mainstay in cultivating talents. So I will devote myself to my teaching career, I will try best to make contributions to my nation.
We Are The World ,We Are The Future Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all. We are young. “How to spend the youth？” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth？” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our er and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours？
I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future？ Where is our love, career, and life？ Tell , it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves. We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.
Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder. As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

Good morning everyone，It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.
As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy (列夫、托爾斯泰)said, “Ideal is the beacon(煙火、燈塔). Without ideal, there is no secure (無慮的, 安全的, 安心的, 可靠的, 保險的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的, 有感覺的, 明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least 最後但並不是最不重要的(一點) remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time! 一段時間之後

That’s why I am here. I am here to show you my Chinese dream. I want to talk about the future and how we're going to win it. If we want to make innovation. But firstly, we should make sure that China is a place where we can make it if we try, where we can go as far as hard work and big dreams will take us. We understand that it’s not going to be a cakewalk, this petition for the future, which means all of us are going to have to do our best. We’ve got a chain that takes a great idea all the way through. We must be confirmed that, today, the challenges we face are real.
They are serious they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But we will somehow find a way to overe the difficulties. My major is XXX. My job is to discover or create new drugs for many diseases like cancer. You know that laboratory is the place where miracles happen. Believe it or not. What I do can save millions of people’s lives. For a long time, what challenges me is how to mercialize research. You e up with a great idea, but moving that new discovery from theory to practice or from the lab to the marketplace, that's re ally a big job. That’s what we should focus on.
We need to act with a sense of urgency-to study and work and create as if the fate of the country depends on us-because it does. It depends on us. Thank you!

Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.
But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .
Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If
Ican't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. Everything about my future was ambiguously assumed.I would get into debtby going to college, then I would be forced to get a job to pay off that debt,while still getting into more and more debt by buying a house and a emed like a never-ending cycle that had no place for the possibility of adream.
I want more—but not necessarily in the material sense of personal wealthand success.I want more out of life.I want a passion, a conceptual dream thatwouldn’t let me sleep out of pure excitement.I want to spring out of bed in themorning, rain or shine, and have that zest for life that seemed so intrinsic inearly childhood.
Failing is what makes us grow, it makes us stronger and more resilient tothe aspects of life we have no control fear of failure, although, iswhat makes us stagnant and even though I couldn’t see the future asclearly as before, I took the plunge in hopes that in the depths of fear andfailure, I would come out feeling more alive than ever before.
